LACE UP DETAILS

I have really loved the lace up trend so far this season. It adds such a cool, stylish edge to a simple outfit. The jumper i'm wearing is from Primark, and I have worn it non stop. It's super cosy and comfy, but also such a statement piece. They also do it in cream, but personally I loved the grey a little bit more (I might go back and get the cream one..). 

I got a size large, and I really love that oversized look for more casual days. I would also style this jumper with some mom jeans, pointed ankle boots, a long duster coat and a fedora. I definitely will be getting my wear out of this!

TOUCHES OF DENIM

Denim is really in this season, and I love pairing a denim piece with an all black outfit. It really makes it stand out, but also adds a more relaxed look to the outfit. This denim shirt is from New Look and it has a really cool distressed look to it. I think this adds a more unique touch to just a normal denim shirt. 

I am so in love with my Zara suedette fringed vest. As it's still reasonably warm in England I can still get away with wearing it. I'm not massively into the 70's trend, but I don't mind adding touches of it into my outfits, and this top does that perfectly. 

CURRENT AW15 WISHLIST

With the app Polyvore, I created my current AW15 wish list. It contains mostly pieces from Zara, as I think they do Autumn Winter the best. I love wearing basics during the colder months, and layering with cool accessories, outerwear and shoes. 

I think the Zara coat is an amazing statement piece. Its a similar dupe to the Acne Shearling jacket which is triple the price! This jacket will be a must item for seasons to come, and it definitely won't be leaving my wish list anytime soon.

MONOCHROME LOVING

90% of my wardrobe is either black, white, grey or navy. With the autumn months coming up i'm so excited to start putting together some amazing monochrome outfits. I think a fedora can add a really chic touch to an outfit and pull it all together. As it's still pretty mild outside, I've paired my Birkenstock dupes with this to still keep that summer touch.

At the moment i'm so in love with my multicoloured pom-pom keyring from River Island, it's looks adorable clipped onto a bag or a set of keys! 

This outfit is so versatile and i'm secretly looking forward to the colder weather so I can wear more outfits like this one..

Getting ready for autumn..

So, Autumn has pretty much arrived now and I'm so happy it's here. I love the autumn trends and I generally prefer winter clothing to summer clothing. This post is just displaying how you can style and put together outfits for the transitional season ..

I absolutely love pairing camel and black together, it looks so chic and sophisticated. I really love wearing tailored trousers and dressing them down with trainers or plimsolls, it adds that sports luxe vibe which i'm really into.
